I and my friend Piotr Adamczewski, we have received a Second Prize in a design competition for New Visitor Service Center at Auschwitz Memorial.

Our idea was to create secluded courtyards that resemble the urban composition of the Auschwitz Memorial and enriched them with refreshing presence of
an ivy.
It was a challenge to design something that will pay respect to the history of the place, bring new quality to the site adjacent to the Museum and stay humble.
